Premenstrual syndrome or PMS (premenstrual syndrome) usually occurs seven to ten days before menstruation and is manifested by a series of changes in the physical or mental.

However, the intensity of the symptoms differs from one woman to another, and there is a more serious form of this condition, which requires medical help.

: painful cramps, bloating, and a state of nervousness or agitation. But about 85% of them have at least one of the symptoms mentioned in the period before menstruation.

Pour 500 ml of boiling water over 3 teaspoons of dried leaves, cover with a lid, and let infuse for 10 minutes. After cooling, strain and drink 2-3 teas a day.

Soak 20 g of chopped leaves in 100 ml of 70-degree alcohol for 2 weeks. Shake the bottle daily several times, then strain the liquid. Drink 15 drops 3 times a day.

Pour a cup of hot water over a teaspoon of dried herbs and cover for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and leave to cool. Drink 2 cups a day after main meals. Mixed with 1 teaspoon of honey, you can also gargle to treat gum problems and sore throats.

Boil, for 20 minutes, with 2 teaspoons of chopped root in boiling water. Then cover and let infuse for 10 minutes. Drink in 3 portions, after main meals.

Cretaceous tea

Pour boiling water over a tablespoon of dried cranberry flowers and let it infuse for 10 minutes. Drink 3-4 cups of cold tea a day.

Try to eat more fruits, vegetables, and grains in the week before your period. It also reduces salt intake, which retains water in the body.
